After leaving Mussolini-occupied Italy, two rival Sicilian families, the Fuoco and Corpo, meet face to face again in New Bear City. Prohibition reignites their rivalry, making New Bear City ripe for the taking. Gain resources to own territory and build a family empire. Pay “upkeep” in the form of taxes and bribes. Use your territory to your advantage.  

Invest in territory with gambling chips and match cards to monopolize the market. Demolish rival territory and use abilities to gain a competitive edge. Whoever finishes with the most territory reigns as the capo dei capi

  4. Cut out cards from the text side, rather than the back.
